Airtop is a cloud browser automation platform that lets businesses build reliable and repeatable web automations using cutting edge AI techniques. Automation without access to the web leaves 80% of content unavailable to agents. Airtop solves this problem with cloud browsers and AI.
Our platform powers revenue operations, sales outreach, data enrichment, automated marketing, government applications, and many more use cases — saving our users hours of manual work every day.
We're rethinking how software gets built and run, and we’re just getting started.
Airtop is hiring a full-time Product Marketing Manager to own our product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. This is Airtop’s first Product Marketing hire and a highly foundational role, with direct impact on how the company defines its market and scales from ~$1M ARR toward $10M+ in revenue by 2026.
Because the platform is highly flexible, the challenge — and opportunity — is deciding where to focus first, and clearly communicating Airtop’s value in a way that feels purpose-built for specific teams and workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and GTM, and will partner closely with the founders, product, engineering, and content marketing to define how the company shows up in the market.
What you will do
- Own Airtop’s product positioning, messaging, and core narrative, translating powerful but flexible capabilities into clear, concrete value.
- Identify and prioritize the verticals where Airtop should focus first, and develop positioning that makes the platform feel purpose-built for each audience.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans for new features, integrations, and vertical-specific use cases.
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, language, and pain points — and turn those insights into messaging, landing pages, and GTM materials.
- Define packaging and messaging that make Airtop’s value immediately clear to non-technical users, and provide input into pricing strategy to support adoption and growth.
- Drive partner marketing by collaborating with ecosystem partners on content, launches, and joint campaigns.
- Manage customer proof points including case studies, quotes, and success stories.
- Partner closely with founders, as well as product and engineering to influence roadmap decisions and GTM priorities.
- Test and iterate on GTM ideas in a scrappy, resourceful way, without a rigid playbook.
Who you are
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, with ~4 years of meaningful ownership in product marketing.
- Experience working at early-stage startups (<200 employees), preferably as a founding / early PMM.
- Experience marketing horizontal or platform products with multiple use cases or customer segments.
